These terms applies to users who have purchased goods through the Earth’s core Ltd formerly known as Earth Elements.It encompasses the Earth’s Core website Terms and Conditions (“the Terms and Conditions”) and accordingly words defined in the Terms and Conditions shall have the same meaning in this Policy unless the context indicates otherwise.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

All online orders placed during the calendar week (Monday-Friday) with no public holiday interference should be received within 1-2 business days after the order process has been completed and payment is confirmed. Depending on your location, delivery may occur sooner.

In the event that Earth’s Core experiences a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days (customers will be notified via email, social media and possibly Whatsapp chat). Accordingly, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Should your order be delayed in excess of 4 business days, Earth Elements shall contact you via email or telephone.

 

 

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Same day Delivery

Orders placed and paid (excluding for cash on delivery payment ) before 1:00 pm. Monday to Friday will be delivered between 3:00pm-5:00pm. Customers may experience delays due to weather, traffic, delivery volume, detours, Vehicular accidents, or other incidents out side of Earth’s Core Control.

 

BEARER FEE

THE BEARER FEE IS THE TRANSPORTATION COST THAT OUR CONTRACTED BEARER CHARGES TO TAKE YOUR PACKAGE TO THE COURIER LOCATION (KNUTSFORD OR POST OFFICE ) FOR TRANSIT.

THESE BEARER FEES ARE AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR SHIPPING TOTAL AT CHECKOUT.  PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR KNUTSFORD EXPRESS PACKAGES , THE COST TO CLEAR OR COLLECT  THE PACKAGE IS TO BE PAID SEPARATELY TO KNUTSFORD EXPRESS. ALL LATE OR STORAGE FEES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER AND NOT THAT OF EARTH’S CORE LIMITED.

BEARER FEES ARE NON- REFUNDABLE

 

 DELIVERY ADDRESS

At check out, you will need to indicate your Name that you would like the package to be addressed to , the physical address where you require delivery, as well as contact numbers to be used in connection with the delivery.

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver the Goods to the delivery address nominated by the User during the checkout process. In the event that the Goods are undeliverable, i.e. there is nobody available to accept the delivery of the Goods at such address, the Goods will be returned to Earth Elements and reattempted on the next business day. If the goods are still undeliverable, the User shall be responsible for arranging the collection of the Goods and to refund Earth Elements the wasted courier costs (if applicable).

 

Earth Elements does not deliver Goods to P.O. Boxes

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

SHIPPING IN JAMAICA

Earth’s Core delivers goods island-wide by subcontracting third party vendors and independent contractors Mondays to Fridays, on business days and, only during the hours 9:00 a.m- 5:00 p.m (time is subject to change due to Government Issued Covid Restrictions )

 

Earth’s Core uses third-party vendors and independent contractors such as Jamaica Post and Knutsford Express to perform parcel deliveries.  By selecting the parcel delivery option at check-out, you agree to have your purchase and delivery information, including your address and contact information, transmitted to the vendors.

 

All billing & shipping information must be verified before the order can be processed. You will be contacted via email if your information cannot be verified.

Please note: Earth Elements does not deliver on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

We ship internationally using Jamaica Post. Shipping costs vary with weight and volume.

Transit time for each order can vary slightly depending on the shipping method chosen.

STORE PICKUP 

Store Pickup lets you avoid shipping charges by picking up your order in an Earth Elements Store.

What you need to know:

  • During checkout, choose In-Store Pickup
  • Place your order and wait to receive a “Ready for pickup” e-mail. (This is a separate e-mail from your order confirmation e-mail.)
  • Bring your ID and payment method the store and pick up your items.
  • We’ll hold your items at the store for 8 days. If you don’t make it in by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

Who can pick up your order:

 

You can pick up your order yourself or name someone else to pick up on your behalf.

Provide the pickup person’s name, e-mail address and phone number. Your pickup person will need to show his/her government issue ID and the order number at the store.

It’s important to note that only you or your designated pickup person can pick up the order.

 

 

PAYMENT ON ORDERS

We accept payments via Paypal, Credit card, Debit card, Cash on delivery or  bank transfer. 

Product prices and delivery charges, if any, are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Confirmation.  Please retain a copy of your receipt that shows each transaction processed.

WHO NEEDS TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE/DELIVERY?

All packages must be signed for by the recipient. This will serve as proof of delivery.

WHAT AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR UPON DELIVERY?

Examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damaged, missing or incorrect pieces. If there are missing, damaged or incorrect packages, please retain the item(s), indicate the problem and contact us within 72 hours of your delivery. For any other problem with your order, please refer to our Return Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns

Items eligible for return must only be returned in new, unused, undamaged condition in complete, undamaged original packaging within five (5) days  of collecting the item.

Customers are required to submit picture(s) of any damaged item or items within 3 days of receiving the package.

Items excluded from being returned:

 

  • Intimate products
  • Sanitary products
  • Butters
  • Scrubs 
  • Waxes
  • Oils 

 

Returns are granted if the following circumstances apply

  • Improper or insufficient packaging
  • Incorrect item or quantity received .

Once you have taken the order to the courier you are expected to send us the whatsapp receipt within 24 hours of drop off. The receipt must be sent to our whatsapp 876-999-3593. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email or phone call to notify you that we have received your order.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved then your refund will be processed within 2-5 days of approval. The credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. 

Please note that shipping is non refundable.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

 

Gift certificates / E- gift certificates are non refundable .

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t yet received your refund, first check our bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank . There is often processing time before a refund is posted . If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund-, please contact us at earthscoreonline@gmail.com.

 

CLAIMS: Claims for shortages or defective goods must be made within 3 days of receipt of the goods. The seller cannot be responsible for shortages or damages when shipments are directed to a third party. Earth’s Core reserves the right to make the final decision as to how to resolve any claim. See RETURNS & REFUNDS section above for guidelines.

DISCLAIMER: Earth’s Core cannot guarantee variances in color, shade, size, and construction of stock items. We reserve the right to change, correct or improve goods without notice. Photographic colors may not be representative of true product colors. Earth’s Core has the right to modify, cancel or revoke these terms and conditions at any time.
